Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice can be rescheduled. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) will result in a charge of 25% of your total booked treatment No-shows may be charged 50% of the service fee and may require full payment upfront for future bookings. We appreciate your understanding and support as we work to provide the best service to all our clients!
