Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy To secure your appointment, we require a 10% deposit to be paid online at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due after your service is completed. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice can be rescheduled or refunded. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) will result in the loss of your deposit. No-shows may be charged 100% of the service fee and may require full payment upfront for future bookings. We appreciate your understanding and support as we work to provide the best service to all our clients!
