Cancellation Policy

-A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. -Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee . -No-shows will be charged 100% of the service booked -Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may forfeit their appointment and will still be charged in full. -Late arrivals may result in a shortened service, while full payment will still apply . -No refunds for cancelled or rescheduled appointments.
