Minimum 24 hours notice
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellation within 24 hours
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

No-shows
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service booked.

Late arrivals
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may forfeit their appointment and will still be charged in full.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened service, while full payment will still apply.

No refunds
No refunds are provided for cancelled or rescheduled appointments.
